What
about my artwork?
All artwork submitted to us belongs to YOU. When you
upload your artwork to our server, we then
download it onto our hard drive where it is
placed into a folder designated for you. Your
artwork is only used to print YOUR order(s).
Period. Under no circumstances is any artwork
ever used for other than what the owner
desires. All artwork is the owners private
property and is treated a such. We only use
the artwork to fill your products. We place
no claim, nor do we want your artwork. At any
time, you simply tell us that you no longer
wish to use the image/artwork and it will be
deleted from the hard drive. We keep no
copies, not even a backup copy.

I use FTP on my store?

Can
I edit my store?
Yes. Once your store has been built, you will
be sent your password where you may enter it
at anytime. You can adjust your selling
prices, add/delete products, even change your
own artwork. You have the flexibility to add
more sections to your store at any time,
making it possible to have as many different
designs as you may need.

Do
you build my store for me?
Yes. We build your entire at no cost.
This
store is for your customers to order your
products. Please note, our interest in your
retail pricing is not our concern. Our ONLY
concern is to provide your customer and you a
top quality product, delivered in a timely
fashion.
You
are free to add more designs to your store at
any time. As you will receive your password
when your store is built, you can delete
products, edit prices, create more sections
to sell different designs, etc...

Do
you offer quantity pricing?
On certain products such as stickers,
buttons, etc... yes. Currently we are working
on quantity pricing for other items such as
shirts, mousepads, etc...

How
do I receive my profits?
Your profits are paid using Paypal. You set
the dollar value when you wish to be paid.
When you login at your store, you can set the
payment amount. When your profits reach that
amount, this money is deposited in your
Paypal account and you can request Paypment
by check, deposit to your checking account,
etc...
