We guarantee all of the products we sell.

As all items are custom printed, we can only replace/refund purchases due to defective printing, materials, etc... We do not replace/refund products due to your ordering the wrong size, color, product, etc...

If for any reason you are not delighted with your puchase, simply e-mail us at webmaster@uscolorprint.com and let us know.

We will request that you send the item back to us and upon our receipt, we will reshipthe identical product you ordered. On personalized items, this would the same lettering and artwork you originally purchased.

Items returned must be in original condition as you received it...unworn, unused, undamaged.

Please note: Wall clocks and other products that are fragile MUST be packaged in the same container it was shipped in. This is to prevent any damage to your return.
