When you order your CD(s)

Please note that, due to ease in copying cd's, we can only replace your cd if it is defective. Online courses cannot be refunded as you have had access.

After payment is made, you will receive an e-mail from us notifying you that your order has been received.

All CD's are mailed by USPS First Class mail.

Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

Payments made by Paypal E-check online, may require up to 5 days for clearance.

Payments by mail accepted. We accept Cashiers check, Postal Money Orders, Cash (US currency only).
