Artwork Charges and explanation of these charges

On submitted artwork , it must be a minimum of 1500x1500 pixels and a minimum of 200 DPI.

Using your full sized artwork, we can resize your artwork to fit the various products such as watches, dog tags, mugs, mousepads, etc... We will resize it, not you.

If you do not have any artwork at all or need some fresh ideas, you are welcome to use our templates for your design. To view our current series of free templates, please click here

Using our templates, we can add your own text in the sizes and colors you want. Images can be replaced with your own or from our extensive library of clipart images.

Using our templates for your design(s), there is no charge.

IF APPLICABLE,any artwork charge may be based upon you supplying your artwork ready to use. This enables us to get your image, print it and then imprint your product(s). Time spent cleaning or editing artwork is non-productive and costs money by lost sales both for you and us. The artwork charge covers only a small portion of actual costs.

When you upload your artwork to us, it must be ready to use. We will shrink your artwork so it can be used on the appropriate products (mugs, mousepads, coasters, etc...) but we do not enlarge your artwork. Artwork may be sent by USPS mail, e-mail or other means..photo, on a CD, disc...

If we touchup, edit and/or clean your artwork, there MAY be a one time fee. Once the artwork has been cleaned up and edited, it is then saved on our server and will be used for your orders.

If your artwork is going to be text only (such as the name of your school, company, team, club, etc...), and you do not have that text, we will create it for you at no cost. Just let us know.

You MUST send us the artwork in it's full size.

If we find it necessary to touchup your artwork , you will be notified when you upload or send us your artwork. If you elect NOT to have your artwork cleaned up AND you place your initial order using that artwork, you will be notified prior to any work being done. If you elect to use the questionable artwork 'as is' then our return policy does NOT COVER that particular piece of artwork on ANY product(s).
